SpeakUp

Project Details

For SpeakUp’s first launch event, I crafted a visual system that carried across every touchpoint — from landing page to keynote. The result was a cohesive brand experience that made technical innovation feel clear, exciting, and distinctly SpeakUp.

2025

The Problem

With SpeakUp Next 2025, we wanted to make a statement: that SpeakUp is not just another compliance tool, but a forward-looking platform shaped by AI expertise and a modern, user-friendly interface. The challenge was how to stand out in a crowded market of rigid, outdated compliance solutions. We needed an event identity and campaign that could highlight our innovation while maintaining the trust and credibility expected in this space.

The Solution

I led the development of a bold visual system that positioned SpeakUp as both modern and trustworthy. The design leaned into clarity and accessibility, using a clean, future-facing language that extended across the event’s digital touchpoints, keynote presentations, and campaign assets. By framing the launch visuals around simplicity and innovation, we made complex technology feel human and approachable.

Equally important, the system was designed with scalability in mind. Marketing, product, and internal teams could easily adapt the framework across channels, ensuring consistency and speed of execution. This not only created impact for the 2025 launch itself, but also established a reusable foundation for how we communicate future innovation — reinforcing SpeakUp’s market position as the compliance platform that looks ahead.

The Results

Hundreds of clients attended the online event, and the energy was real -- high engagement during Q&A and compliments on how polished and modern the whole experience felt. The visual system we built didn't stop at the launch; it became the creative foundation for the following year's communications, proving it had legs beyond a single moment. Most importantly, it shifted how clients saw SpeakUp; not as another compliance tool, but as a platform that actually looks and feels like the future.
